More than a warranty

At Knotte, we craft lounges to last a lifetime. Our products are designed with care, built locally, and backed with confidence. Every lounge comes with a 10-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects, including repairs to upholstery, frames, and foam, as well as all associated logistics.

But we don’t stop there. Our commitment to sustainability and longevity is embodied in the Knotte Life Extension Program – an opt-in service designed to extend the life of your lounge well beyond the original warranty period. At any point within the first 10 years, clients can request their lounge be fully refurbished for a fixed fee. This includes return collection, new fabric selection, structural inspection and repair, and reupholstery – followed by delivery and a renewed 10-year certification.
